Peter Obi Displays Humility As He Shares Spoon With Little Boy While Breaking Fast With Muslim Community In Abuja

The presidential candidate for labour party in last year's election, Mr. Peter Obi has proven himself to be a simple and humble man as he visited the Maraba-Nyanya International Market Central Mosque yesterday March 18, 2024, to break fast with the Muslim community.

Peter Obi, the former governor of Anambra State showcased his humble nature, as he was seen eating and feeding a little boy from a disposable plate, sharing the same spoon in the process. 

The devoted Muslim faithfuls were impressed as they watched him eat comfortably with the child.

When Peter Obi finished eating, he took time to address the people that were present in the mosque despite the loud noise in the background.

The Muslim community thanked Peter Obi for his humility and promised to always ensure peace reigns amongst the Muslim and Christian communities.

The State Police command in Kaduna State has confirmed the arrest of a housewife who allegedly paid an assassin to kill her husband so as to avoid paying him the debt of #400,000. The terrible incident happened in Rafin Guza community in Kaduna metropolis, as reported by security analyst and counter-insurgency expert, Zagazola Makama. It was reported that the husband of the woman borrowed her the sum of #400,000 for her to do business of which she gladly promised to pay back. But when her business began to flourish, her husband demanded she pay back but she bluntly refused. Out of desperation and with the idea of her not paying back the money, she decided to hire a street urchin known as Tola and his gang to end the life of her husband so that the issue of him disturbing her constantly for the money would become a thing of the past.

Gunmen Brutally Murder General Overseer And Pastor In Akwa Ibom State

Gun wielding men have attacked and killed the founder of the Mount of Solution Redeemed Church (MSRC), Apostle Elisha Asuquo and the pastor in charge of the church, Aniekan Ibanga, in Ikot Ekang, a community in Abak Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom state.  The general of overseer was gunned down by men suspected to be assassins who made their way into the church national headquarters at about 7:30pm at weekend during the parish meeting causing pandemonium in the process. An eyewitness told newsmen that the gunmen stormed the church premises on a motorcycle and after killing the clerics they fled through Abak-Ikot Ekpene Federal Highway. The late man of God, Apostle Asuquo is said to hail from Adiasim in Essien Udim Local Government Area, while Pastor Aniekan Ibanga, was from Ikot Obioikpa village, Afaha Obong Clan, in Abak LGA.
